For our UK/EU customers:

1. Our minimum order value is £6k or six pallets. All products are sold in full pallet quantities.
2. We deliver via HGV only.
3. If you're a limited company, we need a copy of your VAT Certificate and Certificate of Incorporation. If you are a sole trader, we will need a copy of the sole trader's passport and a copy of a utility bill sent in the last three months to the trading address. You can email them to us afterwards. But we will need them before we can ship your first order.
4. All orders require payment upfront.

For our U.S. customers:

1. Delivery to a freight forwarder or freight rates upon request / EX works UK warehouse.
2. Alternatively, should you require FCL – freight rates are available upon request
3. All orders require payment up front.

Sales - TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the website operated by Rowan International Limited (“Company”). By accessing and using the website, you, the user (“Buyer”), agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Conditions of Trading

Prices charged are those in effect at the time of the order.
Terms of payment is strictly in advance and must be paid by bank transfer
Any shortages or damages must be reported to the Company within three days of delivery.
The Buyer must provide the invoice or delivery note reference in all claims and queries.
All goods remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
The Buyer warrants that it is not located in, or doing business in, a country on the current list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the UK Sanctions List or the EU Sanctions List.

Retention of Title

The Buyer agrees to be bound by the retention of title clauses outlined in the attached Standard Conditions of Sale.

Applicants Declaration

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the terms outlined in this Agreement, and agree to be bound by the Company’s Standard Conditions of Sale. The Buyer has received a copy of the Standard Conditions of Sale and has been made aware of the payment terms and retention of title clauses.

By using this website, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the attached Standard Conditions of Sale. If the Buyer does not agree to the terms of this Agreement, they are not authorized to use this website.
